The very first swim lessons were started at the YMCA. We truly have a passion for water safety and development that is deep in our roots. At the Homestead YMCA, we start swim lessons at the young age of 6 months and encourage developing swim skills to our active older adults. Our swim lesson design starts with safety skills in and around the water. As your child progresses, they will advance in the program through the levels to eventually swim the length of the pool. Stick with us long enough, and your child with master the sport of swimming!

Give your child the opportunity to learn about basketball from the organization where the sport was created. With its fast pace and nonstop action, basketball is the most exciting game out there. Your child will be part of a team where they'll learn the fundamentals of basketball and good sportsmanship, in addition to having a lot of fun.
