WHY:

Zoe for President is a campaign organized by the Y to elect a one-year-old girl as our Commander in Chief in 2064. Amid what is already a contentious election year, Zoe for President aims to be a breath of fresh air—a campaign that addresses actual issues faced by our youth and families alike, and the YMCA of South Florida’s part in fixing them.

The campaign highlights the potential in all kids to change the world if they’re nurtured properly and supported throughout childhood and their teen years. The Y aims to impart the values of what it means to achieve—how hard work, determination, perseverance and character can drive someone to success beyond what they thought possible.
