ABS FOR SENIORS

Designed to build core muscle groups and improve posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back and increase flexibility.

FUN WITH BANDS

Increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills while having fun. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

TAI CHI

As you gracefully transition from one posture to another, you'll discover the profound benefits of Tai Chi – not just for your physical well-being but for your mental and emotional health as well. It's more than just a fitness class; it's a journey towards holistic wellness.

PAINTING

Build skills at any age with senior art classes - music, painting, pottery, and dance. Staying creative as you age can help you protect your brain and improve your life.
