Getting in a good workout can be tough when you’re practicing social distancing – so we’re here to help!

April 13 – May 10, 2020

2 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

  • Join via our YMCA SFL Mobile App by selecting the “Challenge” tile option
  • Download the PDF Tracker Sheet to log your time

CHALLENGE DETAILS:

  • Challenge runs 4/13 – 5/10
  • Be active for 30 minutes a day
    • 150 minutes (2-1/2 hrs.) per week
  • For 4 weeks, you can:
    • Go for a run
    • Walk the dog
    • Do a Virtual Work-out
    • Even yard work or clean the house
  • Each week we will draw 2 winners for a Virtual Personal Training Session
  • Stay with us for all 4 weeks and you’ll earn a limited-edition Y premium item once we re-open our facilities.
