Getting in a good workout can be tough when you’re practicing social distancing – so we’re here to help!

2 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:
- Join via our YMCA SFL Mobile App by selecting the “Challenge” tile option
- Download the PDF Tracker Sheet to log your time
CHALLENGE DETAILS:
- Challenge runs 4/13 – 5/10
- Be active for 30 minutes a day
- 150 minutes (2-1/2 hrs.) per week
- For 4 weeks, you can:
- Go for a run
- Walk the dog
- Do a Virtual Work-out
- Even yard work or clean the house
- Each week we will draw 2 winners for a Virtual Personal Training Session
- Stay with us for all 4 weeks and you’ll earn a limited-edition Y premium item once we re-open our facilities.
