GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULES
The Y offers a variety of health and wellness programs for all ages and level of activity. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find exercise options that are fun, supportive and keep you moving.
EFFECTIVE JAN. 1, 2022: If a member has 3 “no shows” in 7 days, they will be restricted from reserving classes for 14 days. This restriction will automatically be removed after 14 days. No need for addition action from the member.
