In 2009, the Village of Allapattah YMCA opened with a Family Center and Preschool in the Allapattah area of Miami. It is a key provider of unique health and wellness and family programs and activities for the community, including adult and senior wellness, youth sports, and more. Its preschool is Apple Accredited and provides a learning foundation for kids and their families in the area.
