The Y is a leading voice on health and well-being. With a mission centered on balance, the Y encourages good health and fosters connections through fitness, fun and shared interests. We provide youth, adults, seniors and families with the support, guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, mind and body.
All members are encouraged to meet with a Y healthy lifestyle wellness coach for a complimentary Wellness Orientation to ensure a safe and effective exercise program. Our friendly, certified staff will discuss how to properly use the cardiovascular and strength equipment.
The Y offers a variety of health and wellness programs for all ages and level of activity. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find exercise options that are fun, supportive and keep you moving.
